Abstract

Abstract Human resources are concerned with the attention of modern institutions due to their importance in improving the Foundation's performance and enhancing its competitive advantage, so it focuses on the recruitment process of a good selection of individuals in line with the requirements of the planned job. This study aims to highlight the employment methods of Halliburton company by viewing the documents and employment stages. It has been concluded that the recruitment methods differ according to the nationality of the applicants for the job between foreign employees and Algerian employees Keyword : Human resources, recruitment, Halliburton company Jel Classification :H32, O15, E24
