الملخص
ملخص: تناولت هذه الدراسة بالبحث و التحليل إشكالية التوظيف السياسي للذاكرة و التاريخ و مدى تأثيرها في راهن العلاقات الثنائية بين الدول ذات التاريخ المشرك كالجزائر و فرنسا وما تثيره من تساؤلات معقدة ،لم تكف عن ممارسة مختلف أشكال التأثير الممكنة على هذه العلاقة مما يحفز البحث المتجدد في هذه الإشكالية من خلال محاولة تفكيكها وفهم منطق و آليات عملها و أساليب توظفيها السياسي إما في إطار التأزم و التصعيد أم في اطار التهدئة و المصالحةو تهدف هذه الدراسة تبيان الكيفية التي يشكل فيها استحضار تمثلات الماضي توظيفا سياسيا موجها لأغراض سياسية و ذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج التاريخي في التفسير و التحليل . Abstract: This study delves into and analyzes the challenge of politically utilizing memory and history and its influence on the current diplomatic relations between nations with intertwined histories, such as Algeria and France. It raises complex questions that continue to impact this relationship, as both countries have employed various methods of exerting influence on it. This study aims to elucidate this issue by attempting to dissect it, understand its underlying rationale and mechanisms, and explore its political applications, whether within the context of conflict and escalation or in the realm of reconciliation and mutual interests. The study seeks to illustrate how recalling historical narratives is politically harnessed for strategic purposes, employing a historical approach for interpretation and analysis.
