جيوبوليتيك التدخل الروسي في أوكرانيا: بين طموحات الأوراسية الجديدة وقيود المأزق الأمني

الملخص
أدى التدخل العسكري الروسي في أوكرانيا إلى تداعيات جيوبوليتيكية على البيئة الإقليمية والدولية، مدفوعا بالنظرة الروسية لمجالها الحيوي، وطموحات الأوراسية الجديدة. في المقابل يواجه هذا التدخل بتورط روسيا في مأزق أمني، بما تركه من تهديدات وتوترات أمنية في المنطقة. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل جيوبوليتيك التدخل الروسي في أوكرانيا وامتداداته، والقدرة على تحقيق أهدافه في ظل التحديات الإقليمية والمأزق الأمني. وكان من نتائج هذا التحليل أن تحقق الهدف الامبراطوري الروسي، مرتبط بحركة التحالفات الاستراتيجية وإعادة توزيع القوى العالمي، وهو ما يؤدي إلى الخروج من اللاقطبية الدولية، نحو شكل جديد للنظام الدولي. Abstract: The Russian military intervention in Ukraine has had geopolitical repercussions on the regional and international environment, driven by the Russian view of its vital field, and the ambitions of neo- Earasianism. On the other hand, this intervention faces Russia’s involvement in a security dilemma, which has left it with security threats and tensions in the region. This study aims to analyze the geopolitics of the Russian intervention in Ukraine and its extensions, and the ability to achieve its objectives in light of regional challenges and the security dilemma. One of the results of this analysis was that the Russian imperial goal was achieved, linked to the movement of strategic alliances, the redistribution of global power, which leads to the exit from international non-polarity, towards a new form of the international system.
