المؤسسات الاجتماعية ودورها في التربية المرورية Social Institutions And Their Role In Traffic Education

الملخص
تعتبر مشكلة حوادث المرور معقدة وأسبابها متعددة؛ فهي مشكلة عالمية ترتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بسلوك الأفراد في المجتمع من مستعملي الطريق ومستعملي المركبات، ومدى التزامهم بنظام وقانون المرور وآدابه، فالمشكلة المرورية هي مشكلة سلوكية في الأصل ترتبط بما نشأ عليه الفرد من قيم وفضائل وسلوك هذا من جهة ومن جهة أخرى مقدار اهتمام المجتمع بهذا النظام والحرص على تنفيذه من خلال مؤسساته الاجتماعية على إختلاف أنواعها ، فهي تسعى الى تنشئة الفرد على التربية المرورية السليمة. وتبرز أهمية التربية المرورية في مدى اهتمام المواطنين بكافة فئاتهم الاجتماعية والعمرية المختلفة بمشكلات وقضايا المرور؛ وإتباع السلوكيات الايجابية السليمة التي تساعد في التخفيف من حجم خسائر الظاهرة، وهذا من خلال الدور المنوط للمؤسسات الاجتماعية في نشر ثقافة السلامة المرورية. Abstract: The problem of traffic accidents is complex and its causes are multiple. It is a global problem that is closely related to the behavior of individuals in the society of road users and users, and the extent to which they are committed to the traffic law and order. The traffic problem is a behavioral problem that is closely related to the individual's values, virtues and behavior. On the one hand, and on the other hand, the amount of interest of the community in this system; and keen on its implementation through its social institutions on the difference, it seeks to educate the individual on sound traffic education. The importance of traffic education is highlighted in the degree of interest of citizens in all social and age groups in the problems and issues of traffic; and the adoption of positive behaviors that help in reducing the size of the losses of the phenomenon, and this through the role assigned to social institutions in spreading the culture of education and awareness of traffic. In addition to monitoring the most important social institutions (family, school, media, communication, police and national gendarmerie) and roles which is entrusted with traffic education and this is in pursuit of the safety of traffic for the members of the community.
