سياسة المدينة كآلية إصلاح وتنظيم للمدينة

الملخص
لقد قطعت المدينة شوطاً كبيراً في التطور والتنمية في وقت قصير جداً في مختلف مجالات الحياة المدنية، وهذا جانب يحسب لها لا عليها، ولكن من جهة أخرى نجد أنَ تطورها في وقت قصير خلف لها جملة من المشاكل أفقدتها خصوصيتها وأعاقت تنميتها وتطورها، لدرجة أنَها تحولت لظواهر عويصة يصعب حلَها وهذا بسبب الاهتمام بتلبية الحاجيات كما لا نوعاً وعدم حل هذه المشاكل الصغيرة في وقتها وتركها تتراكم إلى أن تفاقمت وأصبحت صعبة ومعقدة. وبالنظر إلى المتغيرات الدولية الجديدة، وتطور المدن كأنساق حضرية مفتوحة، والاستعداد لما يسمى بالمدينة الإلكترونية، فإنَ الإتجاهات الحديثة تحاول معالجة مشكلات وتناقضات المدينة، لذا أصبح من الضرورة الملحة إجراء تشخيص للوضع دون مجاملة، قصد التمكن من حصر الإختلالات بأكبر قدر ممكن من الدقة والقيام بالتصحيحات الضرورية الممكنة *** Abstract: The city has come a long way in development and development in a very short time in various fields of civil life, and this is an aspect that counts for it, not against it, but on the other hand, we find that its development in a short time left it with a number of problems that made it lose its privacy and hindered its development and development, to the extent that it turned into phenomena Difficult and difficult to solve, and this is due to the interest in meeting the needs in a way that is not of a kind, and not solving these small problems in a timely manner, and letting them accumulate until they aggravated and became difficult and complex. In view of the new international variables, the development of cities as open urban formats, and the preparation for the so-called electronic city, modern trends are trying to address the problems and contradictions of the city. Therefore, it has become an urgent necessity to make a diagnosis of the situation without courtesy, in order to be able to limit the imbalances as accurately as possible and to make the necessary possible corrections
