الملخص
اتسعت دائرة الاهتمام بموضوع حقوق الإنسان على الصعيد الداخلي والدولي بما فيها الحق في البيئة، الذي يعتبر الأرض الخصبة التي تضمن النمو الصحيح والسليم لباقي الحقوق، فاتسعت كل من الجهود الفردية - سن القوانين - أو الجهود الجماعية تحت ظل الاتفاقيات والمنظمات العالمية أو الإقليمية نحو ضمان هذا الحق وتكريسه من أجل ضمان التنمية المستدامة وكان ذلك نتيجة إدراك ضرورة الموازنة بين حماية البيئة وحماية حقوق الإنسان باعتبارها كتلة واحدة. The circle of interest in the subject of human rights has widened at both the domestic and international levels, including the right to a clean environment which is considered the fertile ground that guarantees the correct and sound growth of the remaining rights, so all of the efforts expanded Individual-enactment of laws – or collective efforts under global or regional conventions and organizations towards ensuring and consecrating this right in order to reach sustainable development. This came as a result of realizing the necessity of balancing between Environmental protection and human rights protection as a single area.
