Abstract
This article explores the synergies between the circular economy and the green economy in facilitating a transition to a sustainable economy. The circular economy, focused on waste reduction, resource reuse, and recycling, complements the green economy's aim of sustainable economic growth and environmental preservation. The article examines the benefits and opportunities of integrating these approaches, highlighting the economic, environmental, and social gains. Through case studies and concrete examples, it illustrates how businesses and projects can leverage the principles of the circular economy and the green economy to generate positive outcomes. However, challenges and obstacles also exist, including regulatory constraints, implementation costs, and resistance to change. The article provides practical recommendations for overcoming these challenges and promoting the integration of the circular economy and the green economy. The article underscores the importance of this transition to a sustainable economy, built upon the synergies between the circular economy and the green economy. It calls for concerted action from economic actors and policymakers to embrace these approaches and contribute to a more sustainable and resilient future, both environmentally and economically.
