الديمقراطية والتعدد الثقافي عند "تزفيتان تودوروف"

الملخص
نهدف من خلال هذا البحث الى تسليط الضوء على مسألة الديمقراطية عند "تزفيتان تودوروف"، الذي لاحظ بأن الديمقراطية قد انحرفت عن مفهومها ومبادئها، وأصبحت تحمل العديد من التناقضات والسلبيات والأمراض التي جعلتها تسير نقيض مقصدها، خصوصا في ظل العولمة التي حاولت من خلالها الدول الغربية فرض هيمنها بالقوة، بذلك أصبحت الديمقراطية وسيلة للنهب والاستغلال، ما أسهم في تنامي مظاهر الصراع والحروب داخل المجتمع العالمي. وقد حاول "تزفيتان تودوروف" معالجة أمراض الديمقراطية من خلال تقديمه لبراديغم الحوار والانفتاح على مختلف الثقافات الإنسانية، مؤكدا على أهمية التعدد الثقافي كأساس للوحدة والتقدم الحضاري، قصد الوصول بالإنسان الى الحياة الخيّرة في إطار ثقافة العيش المشترك. Through this research, we aim to shed light on the issue of democracy when "Tzvetan Todorov", who noted that democracy has deviated from its concept and principles, and has become carrying many contradictions, negatives and diseases that made it go the opposite of its intention, especially in light of globalization through which Western countries tried to impose their hegemony by force, so democracy became a means of looting and exploitation, which contributed to the growing manifestations of conflict and wars within the global community. Tzvetan Todorov tried to address the ills of democracy by presenting to the paradigm of dialogue and openness to various human cultures, stressing the importance of multiculturalism as a basis for unity and civilizational progress, in order to bring man to a good life within the framework of a culture of coexistence.
