Unveiling The Role Of History In Enhancing The Power Of Arab Gulf States

Abstract
The process of measuring the power of states is one of the most essential researches that has seen great interest in researchers, and the goal was to work on defining the most critical measures of power, and thus the possibility of understanding various related concepts such as economics, sociology, culture and even geostrategic, and it can be noted how determining the strength of any state is not limited to the galactic factors that are of great importance in the form of geography and the physical dimension, but the measures of culture and history play great importance in strengthening the strength of states, especially with success in converting these measures into a catalyst for enhancing the position of The state is within its geopolitical environment and even influences it. That is why this article attempts to investigate how to use the scale of history as a key dimension in strengthening the power of the Arab Gulf states. تعتبر عملية قياس قوة الدول من أهم البحوث التي شهدت اهتماما كبيرا من طرف الباحثين، و الهدف كان العمل على التحديد الدقيق لأهم مقاييس القوة، و بالتالي إمكانية فهم مختلف المفاهيم ذات الصلة على غرار الاقتصاد و الاجتماع، الثقافة و حتى الجيوستراتيجية، و يمكن ملاحظة كيف أن عملية تحديد قوة أية دولة لا تقتصر على العوامل المجرة التي تحظى بأهمية كبيرة في صورة الجغرافيا و البعد المادي، و لكن تلعب مقاييس الثقافة و التاريخ أهمية كبيرة في تعزيز قوة الدول، خاصة في حالة النجاح في تحويل تلك المقاييس إلى عامل مساعد على تعزيز موقع الدولة ضمن محيطها الجيوسياسي و حتى التأثير فيه.لهذا تحاول هذه المقالة البحث في كيفية توظيف مقياس التاريخ كبعد محوري في تعزيز قوة دول الخليج العربي.
