الملخص
Langauge in Algeria has many complexity and confusion, French language conflicts the Arabic language in all sectors and even in their own back yard with in the educational system, which is moving to wards Westernization and gallimaufry also, and the language used to talk and communicate is different from those used in the writing, Even educated and The teach ers them selves are using different levels of language. Hence the urgent need appears to rehabilitate the Arabic language to be the official language of operative and written,and to resume the efforts initiated by the advocates of Arabisation in the wake of national independence, which have cooled and a decline starting from the nineties of the last century; Even the general trend is now in the opposite direction, that is, to return to Westernization and gallimaufry and look at the language of the Arab reactionary they do not live up to be the language of science and education! This reality has forced the legality question in this search about the cause of disempowerment of the Arabic language, Is there a problem in principle in who can be able? Or in the language it self.
