الصدق الخارجي للنسخة العربية لاختبار Mmpi 2

الملخص
يسعى هذه البحث الى تقييم الصدق الخارجي للصورة العربية لاختبار MMPI-2. تم التحقق من الصدق الخارجي عن طريق صدق المجموعات المتضادة (مرضى نفسيين واسوياء) والصدق التمييزي من خلال فحص علاقة 47 مقياس من مقاييس اختبار MMPI 2 بالأبعاد التسعة لقائمة ال اعراضSCL 90-R (الجسدنة، القلق، والاكتئاب، والوسواس القهري، والقلق الرهابي، والحساسية، والعدائية، والتفكير البرانوي، والذهان (على عينة قوامها 267 راشد (188 إناث و79 ذكور) يتراوح سنهم بين 20 و63 سنة من بينهم 98 مريض نفسي يتردد على مراكز الصحة النفسية ويتلقى العلاج النفسي منذ سنة على الأقل. اشارت النتائج الى وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا في اغلب المقاييس وكذا ارتفاع اغلب معاملات الصدق التمييزي ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المجموعات المتضادة (مرضى واسوياء) في اغلب المقاييس. هذه النتائج تؤكد كلها صدق الاختبار وصدق قدرته على تقييم الشخصية والتمييز بين المستويات المختلفة للخصائص التي يمتلكها الافراد المختلفون. This study seeks to evaluate the external validity of the Arabic version of the MMPI-2. The external validity was studied through the validity of the opposite groups (psychiatric and normal patients) and through the discriminant validity by examining the relationship of the 47 scales of the MMPI 2 with the nine dimensions of the SCL 90-R (Somatization, Anxiety, Depression, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Phobic Anxiety, Sensitivity, Hostility, Paranoid Thinking, and Psychosis). In a sample of 267 adults (188 women and 79 men) aged between 20 to 63 years, including 98 patients who attend health centers and who have been receiving psychological treatment for at least one year. The results indicated the existence of a statistically significant correlation in most scales, as well as a majority of high coefficients that prove discriminant validity. In addition, the presence of statistically significant differences between opposing groups in most scales. This demonstrates the validity of the test and its ability to assess personality and distinguish between different levels of characteristics possessed by different individuals.
