الملخص
القياس النفسي بين السلوكية والظاهرية بشير معمرية أستاذ القياس النفسي ومناهج البحث النفسي (سابقا) جامعتا باتنة الحاج لخضر، وسطيف محمد الامين دباغين الملخص. استفسرت هذه المقالة عن النظرية التي تقف وراء ممارسة القياس النفسي، وبعد أن تمت مناقشة الفروق بين ممارسات القياس النفسي بين السلوكيين والقياسيين، تبين أن السلوكية ليست هي النظرية التي نبت القياس النفسي في جذورها الفكرية، ولا في مخابرها التجريبية، ذلك أن السلوكيين بيئيين، والقياسيين يبحثون عن العمليات الداخلية وكيف يدركها الأفراد، فيقومون بالسلوك وفقا لذلك. فاتجه الاستفسار والاستقصاء إلى الفلسفة الظاهرية ومفاهيمها وتوجهاتها في فهم السلوك وتفسيره، فإذا كانت الظاهرية تفسر السلوك وفق خبرات الفرد كما يدركها في موقف معين أو في لحظة معينة، فإن تعامله مع بنود المقياس الذي ينبغي أن يجيب عنها، فإنه يجيب عنها وفق خبراته الإدراكية كذلك في ذلك الموقف أو في تلك اللحظة التي يتفاعل فيها مع بنود المقياس. فتبين حينئذ أن الظاهرية هي المدرسة الفكرية أو الفلسفية التي تأسس عليها القياس النفسي. الكلمات المفتاحية: القياس النفسي، السلوكية، الظاهرية. This article inquired about the theory behind the practice of psychometrics, and after discussing the differences between the practices of psychometrics between behaviorists and economists, it became clear that behaviorism is not the theory from which psychometrics grew in its intellectual roots, nor in its experimental laboratories, because the behaviorists are environmentalists, and the econometricians They look for internal processes and how individuals perceive them and behave accordingly. Inquiry and investigation turned to the phenomenological philosophy and its concepts and trends in understanding and interpreting behavior. If phenomenology explains behavior according to the individual’s experiences as he perceives them in a specific situation or at a specific moment, then his dealings with the items of the scale that he must answer, then he answers them according to his perceptual experiences as well. That situation or at that moment when he interacts with the items of the scale.
