الملخص
Criminalization and punishment are the basis of the entire criminal law system. If criminalization is aimed at determining which acts are terminated or must be committed, punishment is the estimated and appropriate penal part of signing anyone who violates or violates legally prohibited orders. In the light of modern punitive thinking, law and justice are at the stage of applying sanctions, as the criminal trial does not end once the accused has been sentenced to prison, but is pursued within the penal institution educationally and healthily.
