الملخص
الملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى محاولة لجمع بعض حقوق الطّفل الماليّة، وفق ما شرّعه الفقه الإسلاميّ تحت أبواب متعدّدة؛ لجعلها تحت موضوع واحد مرتّب ومنظّم ومربوط بأدلّته من القرآن الكريم والحديث النبويّ الشّريف ليصل في الأخير إلى التّمكّن من العثور على نوعين من هذه الحقوق: حقوق ماليّة واجبة مثل: النّفقة والميراث وحقوق ماليّة تبرّعيّة، مثل: الوصيّة والهبة والوقف. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحقّ؛ المال؛ الطّفل؛ الفقه. Abstract: This research aims to try to collect some of the child's financial rights, according to what Islamic jurisprudence has legislated under multiple chapters, to make them under one arranged and organized topic and linked to its evidence from the Holy Quran and the Prophet's Hadith, to finally reach the ability to find two types of these rights: obligatory financial rights such as: alimony and inheritance, and voluntary financial rights, such as: will, gift and endowment.
