الملخص
تهدف دراستنا إلى تسليط الضوء على استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة في تسيير مدينة تيارت من وجهة نظر المواطنين التيارتيين. تتكون الدراسة من مراحل مختلفة، بما في ذلك استعراض دراسات سابقة حول تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة وتسيير المدن، وتحديد مفهوم تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة وطرق تطبيقها في المدينة. ثم يتم إجراء دراسة ميدانية لتطبيق هذه التكنولوجيا في مدينة تيارت. وقد أظهرت الدراسة أن تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة تسهم في تحسين أساليب تسيير المدن وتحسين الحياة الحضرية والسوسيوثقافية للمجتمعات. كما تسهم في تطوير المجتمع والمدينة بولاية تيارت وغيرها من المدن الأخرى. تأتي هذه الدراسة في إطار مواكبة جهود الدولة في التحول إلى الإدارة الرقمية والتسيير الرقمي للإدارات المحلية ورقمنة القطاعات المختلفة في المجال الإداري، وتسعى إلى تطوير المجتمع الجزائري. Our study aims to shed light on the use of modern communication technology in managing the city of Tiaret from the perspective of Tiaret's citizens. The study consists of various stages, including a review of previous studies on modern communication technology and city management, and the definition of the concept of modern communication technology and its application methods in the city. Subsequently, a field study is conducted to implement this technology in the city of Tiaret. The study has shown that modern communication technology contributes to improving city management practices and enhancing the urban and socio-cultural life of communities. It also plays a role in the development of both the society and the city of Tiaret, as well as other cities. This study is in line with the country's efforts to transition into digital administration and digital management of local administrations, along with digitizing various sectors in the administrative domain. Its ultimate goal is to contribute to the development of Algerian society.
