الملخص
ملخص: المدن الذكية هي بمثابة كيان يعتمد على بنية تحتية مجهزة بتقنيات تكنولوجية حديثة، تساير التطور الحاصل في مجال الرقمنة، والتي بواسطتها تدير المدينة بكفاءة لتحسين جودة الحياة للمواطنين ،على اعتبار أن زيادة عدد السكان يفرض إنشاء مدن ذكية ، كونها تعتبر الحل الأمثل لمجابهة مشاكل وحاجياتهم المتنوعة والفجائية في شتى مجالات الحياة ،و التي تتطلب السرعة في الحل ، وفي هذا السياق سنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة التطرق إلى مختلف المفاهيم والنظريات حول المدينة الذكية ، مع الإشارة إلى أهم الضروريات والدوافع من إنشائها وتحديد الغاية منها Smart cities are an entity that relies on an infrastructure equipped with modern technological technologies, keeping pace with the development taking place in the field of digitalization, through which the city is managed efficiently to improve the quality of life for citizens, given that the increase in population requires the establishment of smart cities, as they are considered the ideal solution to confront their diverse problems and needs. And suddenness in various areas of life, which requires speed in solution, and in this context, we will try through this intervention to address the various concepts and theories about the smart city, pointing out the most important necessities and motives for its establishment and defining its purpose.
