The aim of this study is to determine the role played by e-reputation in shaping customers' intentions to buy electronically, using the Yassir Express application as a case study. The choice of this application is justified by its ranking among the most widely used delivery apps in Algeria. To achieve the objectives of the study, a qualitative descriptive approach was used, including a convenience sample of 150 people who are already Yassir customers or wish to become one, and analyzing the data using the program SPSS 22. The results of the study showed that e-reputation, with its four dimensions, has an impact on online purchase intention.
