فاعلية برنامج تدريبي للمعلمين قائم على استراتيجيات حل المشكلات في تدريس الرياضيات بالمرحلة الابتدائية

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة أثر برنامج تدريبي مقترح لإكساب المعلمين استراتيجيات حل المشكلات على القدرة على حل المشكلات الرياضية لدى تلاميذ السنة الخامسة ابتدائي بولاية الوادي. حيث استخدم الباحث المنهج شبه التجريبي في دراسته ذو تصميم المجموعة الواحدة ذات القياس القبلي والبعدي على عينة مكونة من 12 معلما ومعلمة و 205 تلميذ وتلميذة, واستخدم الباحث اختبار القدرة على حل المشكلات الرياضية وبطاقة قياس أداء المعلم في استراتيجيات حل المشكلات بالإضافة الى البرنامج التدريبي المقترح, حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى : ــ توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المعلمين في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لبطاقة قياس أداء المعلمين لاستراتيجيات حل المشكلات الرياضية قبل البرنامج التدريبي وبعده لصالح التطبيق البعدي. ــ توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات تلاميذ السنة الخامسة ابتدائي في التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لاختبار القدرة على حل المشكلات الرياضية لصالح التطبيق البعدي. Abstract : This study aimed to know the effect of a proposed training program to provide teachers with problem-solving strategies on the ability to solveAbstract : This study aimed to find out the effect of a proposed training program to provide teachers with problem-solving strategies on the ability to solve mathematical problems among primary school pupils fifth grade in El-Oued city. Where the researcher used the quasi-experimental method in his study with one-group design with pre and post measurement on a sample consisting of 12 male and female teachers and 205 male and female pupils. The study concluded: - There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of teachers in the pre and post applications of the teachers' performance measurement card for mathematical problem-solving strategies before and after the training program in favor of the post application. - There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the primary school pupils fifth year in the pre and post applications to test the ability to solve mathematical problems in favor of the post application.
