The Quest For Airline Excellence Air Algeria Case

Abstract

An airline is distinguished, mainly, from other companies by the management of its complex activity, which is passenger and cargo air transport. Thus, managing an airline has never been an easy task, involving trade-offs between resources (physical, financial, human) and passenger expectations, and juggling changes in the environment (as was the case during and after the coronas). In this article, we look at the question of airline excellence, attempting to answer the following question: What levers should Air Algeria use to achieve excellence? To this end, a questionnaire was sent out to Air Algeria passengers who had taken at least one flight with the airline after the coronas period, and the results were processed using SPSS software, with the aim of detecting the company's shortcomings on the one hand, and offering suggestions on how to improve and achieve excellence on the other.
