الملخص

الملخص: يعتبر البحث في موضوع "ضبط نشاط الإعلام الموجه للطفل في التشريع الجزائري "، من الموضوعات التي على علوم الإعلام والاتصال والتشريع الاهتمام بها، فالطفولة من أهم مراحل النمو فهي مرحلة أساسية في استيعاب القيم والأنماط السلوكية التي تشكل هوية الفرد، فمن بين العوامل التي تؤثر على هذه العملية المعقدة هي وسائل الإعلام المرئية والمسموعة ووسائط الإتصال الجديدة التي تحتاج إلى ضبط قانوني لتقوم بدورها الفعال خاصة أمام الانحرافات والخروقات التي تشهدها مختلف المحتويات الإعلامية الموجهة للطفل. فقد أضحى الإعلام اليوم أداة بارزة تقاس بها نبض المجتمعات بمستوى الوعي والحرية كما يشكل قاطرة حقيقية لترسيخ المبادئ والقيم بما في ذلك حقوق الطفل، ففي ظل تشعب وسائل الإتصال الحديثة وتعدد آثارها السلبية، فقد خص المشرع الجزائري الحماية للطفل من خلال القانون المتعلق بالطفل رقم 15-12، كما مسه بحماية عامة ضمن نصوص متفرقة ،هذا وقد سعت الجزائر إلى تكريس الحقوق الإعلامية للطفل في جل قوانينها سارية المفعول وكذا في كل قانون يتعلق بقطاع الإعلام أو خدمات السمعي البصري، خاصة من جهة حق الطفل في الإعلام والحصول على المعلومة. Abstract : The research on the topic of "controlling the media activity directed to the child in Algerian legislation" is one of the topics on the science of media, communication and legislation to take care of it, as childhood is one of the most important stages of growth, it is an essential stage in absorbing the values and behavioral patterns that constitute the identity of the individual, among the factors that affect On this complex process, it is the visual and audio media and the new communication media that need legal control to play its effective role, especially in front of the deviations and violations witnessed by the various media contents directed at the child. Today, the media has become a prominent tool by which the pulse of societies is measured with the level of awareness and freedom, as it constitutes a real locomotive for the consolidation of principles and values, including the rights of the child. 12, as well as general protection in separate texts. Algeria has sought to enshrine the informational rights of the child in most of its laws in force, as well as in every law related to the media sector or audiovisual services, especially in terms of the child’s right to information and access to information
