Authors : Boukhadra‬‏ ‪brahim .

Abstract

The defect of deviation in the use of authority is linked to the purpose pillar of the administrative decision; the latter through which the source of the decision aims to achieve the public welfare. However, the public administration may deviate from the requirements of this interest and aims to achieve an interest outside the framework of the public welfare, what increases the difficulty of the administrative judge when finding evidence of this deviation.
