الملخص

ملخص: لم تغفل الدراسات المستقبلية العالمية أهمية النظام اللغوي في أيّ خطة تعتمدها في البناء الحضاري والتنمية الشاملة، لأنه لا يمكن لأيّ مجتمع أن يحقق أهدافه الإستراتيجية على المستوى الاجتماعي والثقافي والاقتصادي بمعزل عن لغته، فكل شيئ مؤسّس على اللغة متعلق بها، وعليها تتأسّس رهانات التنمية والإقلاع الحضاري. وتهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية الاستثمار اللغوي ودوره في التنمية بجميع جوانبها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أهمية الاستثمار اللغوي في اللغات عامة واللغة العربية خاصة فهو يمثل مرتكزا فاعلا يعمل على تعزيز ترقية اللغة وتحيينها في المؤسسات الفاعلة في المجتمع على اختلاف اختصاصاتها لكي تضطلع بدورها الطلائعي في البناء المؤسسي، وتأخذ المكانة اللائقة بها وتُدرج ضمن الدراسات المستقبلية والتنمية الشاملة. Abstract: Global prospective studies have not neglected the importance of the language system in any project they adopt for civilized construction and overall development because no society can achieve its strategic social, cultural, and economic goals by isolating its language. Everything is based on language, and development and civilizational progress depend on it. The study aims to highlight the importance of language investment and its role in development in all aspects. The study concluded on the significance of linguistic investment in languages in general, and the Arabic language, in particular, as it serves as an effective foundation to promote language advancement and modernization in various specialized institutions of society. This allows it to play a pioneering role in institutional construction and position itself as part of future thinking and global development.
