الملخص
ملخص: يتبوّأ مبحث 'دلالات الألفاظ' في الدرس الأصولي حيّزا مهمّا، باعتباره القاعدة التي ينطلق منها المجتهد لفهم نصوص الشرع، واستنباط أحكامه، والوقوف على مقاصده ومعانيه، ورغم التجارب المتعدّدة الداعية إلى تجديد الفكر الأصولي، ومراجعة آليات الاستنباط، وإعادة النظر في مناهج الاستدلال المقرّرة، إلا أنّ سؤال التأويل، وإشكال التفسير لا يزال يعرف أنماطا من القراءة تتجاوز المنهج، وتبتعد عن المعنى والمقصود. يتطلع هذا البحث إلى تقرير الحقيقة الاصطلاحية لمفهوم 'المعطى الدلالي الاجتماعي' ومجموع العناصر الدلالية التي تلتئم منها حقيقته في سياق تأصيله كأداةٍ دلالية جادّة واعدة في منهج الاستدلال الأصولي، ثم استثماره في الإجابة عن سؤال التأويل، وقد تقرّر من خلال هذا البحث أنّ مصطلح 'المعطى الدلالي الاجتماعي' يتّسع ليشمل جملة عناصر الواقع ومكونات البيئة والأعراف والعادات التي سيق الخطاب الشرعي منطلقا منها، متعلِّقا بمفردات الواقع، كما تبيّن مدى إسعافه في حل إشكال التأويل من خلال انتصابه مرجعا تأويلا، ومعيارا دلاليا محكَّما، في تقييم كثير من القراءات والاستدلالات التراثية منها والحداثية. Abstract The topic of 'Semantics' occupies an important space in the science of 'Principles of jurisprudence', because it is the base from which the Jurist proceeds to understand the texts of Sharia, deduce its provisions and meanings, and despite the multiple experiences that call for the renewal of the thought and the curriculum in ‘'Principles of jurisprudence’. This research looks forward to determining the term 'Social Semantic Data' and the set of semantic elements that make up it, and then investing it in answering the question of interpretation, and it has been reached that this term includes a number of elements of reality, customs and traditions from which any religious discourse is linked to reality, and its usefulness in solving the problem of interpretation is shown so that it is considered a reference for interpretation, and an important semantic criterion in evaluating many readings and inferences, whether traditional or modern.
