التمويل الجماعي كتوجه مكمل لتمويل للمؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر: دراسة عينة من الطلبة ضمن مشروع مذكرة تخرج مؤسسة ناشئة

الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى تقصي إمكانية تطبيق آلية التمويل الجماعي لتمويل المؤسسات الناشئة بالجزائر واعتماده كتوجه مكمل لتمويل للمؤسسات الناشئة كونها التوجه الجديد للحكومة الجزائرية نحو التنمية. ولدراسة ذلك اعتمدنا على الدراسة الإحصائية لآراء عينة من الطلبة أصحاب أفكار إبداعية مندرجين ضمن القرار الجديد المتعلق بمذكرة تخرج مؤسسة ناشئة. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة الى ان التمويل الجماعي هو عبارة عن آلية تلقى قبولا كبيرا لدى أصحاب الأفكار الريادية والراغبين في تحويلها الى مؤسسات ناشئة غير ان بيئة الاعمال الجزائرية حاليا غير قابلة لاستيعاب هذه الآلية في الوقت الحالية بسبب انعدام البنية التحتية التكنلوجية والقانونية الملائمة. Abstract : This paper aims to investigate the possibility of applying the crowdfunding mechanism to finance emerging enterprises in Algeria and adopting it as a complementary approach to financing emerging enterprises as it is the new approach of the Algerian government towards development. To study this, we relied on the statistical study of the opinions of a sample of students with creative ideas who are included in the new decision related to the graduation note of an emerging institution. This study concluded that crowdfunding is a mechanism that is widely accepted by the owners of entrepreneurial ideas and those who wish to convert them into emerging institutions, but the Algerian business environment is currently unable to accommodate this mechanism at the present time due to the lack of appropriate technological and legal infrastructure
