الملخص
This study aims to measure the impact of the use of financial analysis tools, and to identify the factors affecting the stocks market value. The study was applied on the sector of Jordanian’s public insurance companies’ shareholding. The study is based on the Cross-section analysis of the time series data during the period between (2005-2009), where the population consisted of all Jordanian insurance companies listed on the Amman Stock Exchange. The financial data of the sample were extracted from annual reports of four companies, (Middle East Insurance, Arabian Eagle insurance, Insurance of Jordan, Jerusalem Insurance).
