This work represents a sociological attempt to examine the relationship between organizational change and job satisfaction among workers, by focusing on the physical and emotional sides in the process of organizational change. We chose material factors represented in pay and promotion opportunities, technology and other aspects like the style of communication and supervision. We have tried to strengthen this work with a field study which has to use the tools of data collection: The observation, interview, questionnaire and documents.
