الملخص

The political, economic and educational life in the world is based on competition, it is governed by the standard of quality and efficiency, imposed by the impact of economic and social crises that had suffered the world (at all fields including the field of education) thus the institution has become an economic institution and must meet the same performance requirements. That is why we are called to revise the most important component of this system (the teacher) to meet the universal requirements for teacher training. From this standpoint, we tried to see the reality of teacher training in one of the major reforms of national education through some of the studies conducted by professors and researchers of the Algerian university.
