الملخص
This present study comes to identify the requirements for achieving quality in the production of scientific knowledge in Algerian universities, and to showing the impact of the implementation of a knowledge management approach as an administrative input at the Institute of Library Science in University of Constantine 2, in providing these requirements and ensuring the quality of its scientific knowledge productivity. The researcher reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The administrative organizational aspects of the most productive elements of scientific knowledge have an impact on their quality. Adoption of knowledge management in the university institution is the procedure that ensures quality in scientific research.
