الملخص

ملخص: مع استمرارية التطور الهائل لتكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال التفاعلي بداية الألفية. أصبح جليا أن عمليات تفسير هذه الظواهر على المستوى المعرفي والاكاديمي لم تعد قادرة نسبيا على تقديم نماذج ومقاربات دقيقة حول تأثيرات هذه التقنيات على البيئة الاجتماعية (عدم استقرار الظاهرة الاتصالية الديجيتالية)، حيث أن التسارع الحاصل على الساحة الرقمية والمعلوماتية خلال العقد الماضي يعتبر من المثبطات الأساسية لمساعي الضبط العلمي للاتصال السيبراني. من أجل التعمق أكثر في الإحاطة بهذا الموضوع كان من الضروري الإشارة إلى أهميته. والتي تمثلت أساسا في طرح مجموعة من التصورات النظرية حول ماهية التحولات الكبرى التي يمكن أن يشهدها الاتصال المؤسساتي الرقمي مستقبلا. خاصة مع وجود بعض الآراء التي تتنبأ اليوم بسيطرة الذكاء الاصطناعي على مجمل معايير التنطيم الإداري والإنساني، فالهدف من هذه الدراسة هو البحث عن أبعاد الاندماج الوظيفي بين منظور الاتصال الإداري الرقمي وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي. Abstract: With the massive development of media and interactive communication technologies at the beginning of the millennium, it has become evident that the processes of interpreting communication phenomena at the cognitive and academic levels are relatively no longer able to provide precise models and approaches on the effects of these technologies on the social environment (the instability of the phenomenon of digital communication), since the acceleration that has taken place in the digital and IT field over the last decade is considered to be one of the main obstacles to scientific efforts to control cyber communication. In order to deepen the understanding of this subject, it was necessary to highlight its importance, which is mainly represented by a set of theoretical perceptions on the major transformations that digital institutional communication may experience in the future, especially with some opinions that predict today the predominance of artificial intelligence on the global standards of administrative and human organization. The objective of this study is to research the dimensions of functional integration between the perspective of digital administrative communication and the applications of the artificial intelligence.
