Occident/orient : Le Dilemme Qui Continue !

Résumé

There are differences between people and communities according to their belonging, religions and cultures… and this is selfevident, but these differences may reach at sometimes to dispute. And the main reason in this situation may be because of the great disparity between countries in terms of the sharing a wealth and the exploitation of natural resources and its utilization. This fact is reflected in the difference between East and West, but it shows the west progress and the decline of east countries which are seeking for development, but based on the Western model, While it is obliged to adopt a model which has their natural and cultural characteristics, or at least adapt Western models according to its .own advantages The present article will discuss this idea with an example of “modelling” in the education sector in Algeria, according to the systemic .approach
