دور القيم التنظيمية في إدارة مجتمع المعلوماتية لدى الأخصائي المكتبي / The Role Of Organizational Values In Managing The Information Society With An Offic Specialist

الملخص

ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة الموجودة بين القيم التنظيمية وإدارة مجتمع المعلوماتية في ظل التطورات التكنولوجية لدى الأخصائي المكتبي، حيث تم طرح التساؤلات التالية: _هل توجد علاقة ارتباطيه بين إدارة الإدارة و إدارة مجتمع المعلوماتية لدى الأخصائي المكتبي؟ _ هل توجد علاقة ارتباطيه بين إدارة المهمة و إدارة مجتمع المعلوماتية لدى الأخصائي المكتبي؟ _ هل توجد علاقة ارتباطيه بين إدارة العلاقات و إدارة مجتمع المعلوماتية لدى الأخصائي المكتبي؟ وبغرض اختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم إتباع الإجراءات المنهجية المتمثلة في الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما شملت الدراسة عينة قدرها ( 63 ) أخصائي مكتبي وتم الاعتماد على الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات. وقد أشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطيه قوية موجبة دالة إحصائيا في ظل قيم:إدارة الإدارة، إدارة المهمة، إدارة العلاقات، ويتبين من خلال هذه النتائج أن للقيم التنظيمية علاقة بتحقيق إدارة مجتمع المعلوماتية في ظل التطور التكنولوجي، وهو ما أكدته الفرضية العامة. الكلمات المفتاحية: القيم التنظيمية، مجتمع المعلوماتية، الأخصائي المكتبي. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the relationship that exists between organizational values and the management of the information society in light of the technological developments of the office specialist, and for the purpose of testing the hypotheses of the study,The following questions were raised: _ Is there a correlation between the management of the administration and the management of the information society of the office specialist? _Is there a correlation between task management and information society management for the office specialist? _ Is there a correlation between relationship management and information society management for the office specialist? the methodological procedures of relying on the descriptive analytical approach were followed, as the study included a sample of (63) office specialists and it was approved. On the questionnaire to collect information. The results of the study indicated the existence of a strong, positive, statistically significant correlational relationship in light of the values: management management, task management, relationship management, and it is evident through these results that the organizational values are related to achieving the management of the information society in light of technological development, which was confirmed by the general hypothesis.
