دور المقاصد في توجيه الصكوك نحو التنمية الاجتماعية

الملخص
ملخص: تعدّ الصكوك الإسلامية بديلا للأوراق المالية التقليدية، حيث لاقت رواجا لافتا في المدة الأخيرة، لما تتمتع به من مميزات، سواء من حيث تحقيق متطلبات الشريعة الإسلامية، أومن حيث كونها بديلا استثماريا تنمويا ناجحا مقارنة بالبدائل الاستثمارية الأخرى، فخلال هذه الورقة البحثية نستعرض الاطار المفاهيمي للصكوك الإسلامية بحسبانها من أهم أدوات التمويل الإسلامي الحديثة، ودور المقاصد في بعث الشق التنموي الاجتماعي للصكوك. لنتوصّل في الأخير إلى جملة إسهامات الصكوك في التنمية الاجتماعية متأثرة بالمقاصد الشرعية، وضرورة إدراج ذلك كله من أولويات المستثمرين بالصكوك والتخطيط لذلك لما لها من قبول وانتشار واسعين ومستقبل واعد. Abstract: Islamic instruments is an alternative to traditional securities, as it has gained a remarkable popularity in the recent period, because of its advantages, both in terms of achieving the requirements of Islamic sharia, or in terms of being a successful developmental investment alternative compared to other investment alternatives،During this research paper, we review the conceptual framework of Islamic instruments as one of the most important tools of modern Islamic finance, and the role of purposes in reviving the social development aspect of instruments. In the end, we come to a conclusion about the contribution of instruments to social development influenced by the purposes of Sharia, and the need to include all of these priorities of investors in instruments and planning for it because of its wide acceptance and spread and a promising future.
