الرقمنة كآلية لتطوير الاستثمار في الجزائر: المنصة الرقمية للمستثمر نموذجا

الملخص
ملخص: يعتبر موضوع رقمنة مجال الاستثمار وتحديد تأثيره ودوره في جذب وتشجيع الاستثمارات الوطنية والأجنبية المباشرة من المواضيع الجديدة والمهمة في الجزائر خاصة بعد صدور قانون الاستثمار رقم 22– 18. وقد توصلنا إلى أنه تم إنشاء منصة رقمية للمستثمر كآلية لتسهيل نشاط المستثمرين والدفع بعملية الاستثمار. وإعطاء الأفضلية للتحويل التكنولوجي وتطوير الابتكار واقتصاد المعرفة. وتعميم استعمال التكنولوجيات الحديثة في مجال الاستثمار في إطار الإدارة الإلكترونية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أنه يجب العمل على تطوير الرقمنة كآلية لترقية الاستثمار في الجزائر، وتوفير خدمات إلكترونية أكثر فعالية وكذا توفير نظام معلوماتي خاص بالمستثمرين فقط، مع توفير الإحصائيات اللازمة حول مدى رقمنة قطاع الاستثمار وتجديدها بشكل مستمر. The issue of digitizing the field of investment and determining its impact and role in attracting and encouraging direct national and foreign investments is one of the new and important topics in Algeria, especially after the issuance of Investment Law No22-18. And we have concluded that a digital platform for the investor as a mechanism to facilitate the activity of investors and advance the investment process. Giving preference to technological transformation and the development of innovation and the knowledge economy. And generalizing the use of modern technologies in the field of investment within the framework of electronic management. The study concluded that it is necessary to work on developing digitization as a mechanism for developing investment in Algeria, providing more effective electronic services, as well as providing an information system for investors only, while providing the necessary statistics on the extent of digitization of the investment sector and its continuous renewal
