الملخص
تعتبر المخطوطة العدلية من المصادر الغميسة التي يصعب على الباحث الوصول إليها، بحكم وجود أعراف وقوانين تؤطر توثيقها وتضبط تداولها، حتى لا تقع في يد الغير، لطبيعة المصالح والحقوق المترتبة عنها. هذه الوثائق بالإضافة إلى أنها تشكل مصدرا غميسا، فهي كذلك تعد مصدرا ثمينا للباحث في حقل التاريخ واللغات والتراث، خاصة تراث الاقتصاد الإسلامي، بحيث تحتفظ" المخطوطة العدلية"، بمفردات اقتصادية ومعمارية، وقواعد حسابية سنعمل في هذه الدراسة على عرض نماذج لها. The legal manuscript is considered one of the secret sources that are difficult for the researcher to access, by virtue of the existence of customs and laws that frame its documentation and control its circulation, so that it does not fall into the hands of others, due to the nature of the interests and rights arising from it. These documents, in addition to being a good source, are also a valuable source for the researcher in the field of history, languages, and heritage, especially the . Heritage of Islamic economics, so that the "justice manuscript" preserves economic vocabulary and arithmetic rules, which we will work in this study to present models for.
