الملخص
الملخص تبحث هذه الدراسة في المعايير الدولية والوطنية لسماع الطفل ضحية الجريمة من حيث تكريس حقه في الاستماع إليه في أي إجراء قضائي أو إداري، والقواعد والتقنيات التي تضبط هذا الحق. كما تدرس إجراءات سماع الطفل ضحية الجريمة في كل المراحل الإجرائية، والبيئة المهيأة لاستقبال الطفل والاستماع إليه أثناء التحري أو التحقيق أو المحاكمة والأشخاص المؤهلين لذلك طبقا لما هو منصوص عليه في الوثائق الدولية والتشريعات الوطنية. Abstract: This paper examines the international and national standards for hearing the child victim of crime in terms of enshrining his right to be heard in any judicial or administrative procedure, and the rules and techniques that control this right. It also examines the procedures for hearing the child victim of the crime at all procedural stages, the environment prepared to receive the child and listen to him during the investigation, investigation or trial, and the persons qualified for that in accordance with what is stipulated in international documents and national legislation.
