Abstract

طبقا للقانون رقم 98-04 المتعلق بحماية التراث الثقافي، تعتبر المواقع الأثرية من التراث الثقافي في الجزائر، وموردا سياحيا هاما يساهم بشكل فعال في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية الفعلية، وقد عرفت العديد منها تدهورا كبيرا مما استلزم اعتماد مخططات لحماية المواقع الأثرية. ومنه تستخلص أهم النتائج التالية :اهتمام المشرع الجزائري بالمواقع الأثرية من خلال إصدار المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 03-323 يتضمن كيفيات إعداد مخطط حماية المواقع الأثرية والمناطق المحمية التابعة لها، عدم التركيز على دور المجتمع المدني كعنصر فاعل في الحفاظ على المواقع الأثرية خلال مراحل تنفيذ المخططات Abstract: Based on law N°98-04, relating to the protection of cultural heritage, archaeological sites are considered as cultural heritage in Algeria. It is also considered an important tourism resource that contributes effectively to achieving actual economic development. Many of them have undergone a significant deterioration.This necessitated the adoption of the plans for the protection of archaeological sites. Therefore, the most important following conclusions can be drawn: The Algerian legislator’s interest in archaeological sites, through its enactment of Executive Decree No. 323-03 that includes the modalities of preparing a plan for the protection of archaeological sites and their dependent protected areas; Not focusing on the role of civil society as an active element in preserving archaeological sites, during the stages of implementing plans to protect those sites
