Abstract
تتكون أحكام القانون الدولي الإنساني لحماية البيئة أثناء النزاعات المسلحة من المعاهدات الدولية والقانون الدولي العرفي، وبما أن الأضرار التي تخلفها الحروب كبيرة وطويلة المدى فالأحكام الخاصة بحماية البيئة أثناء النزاعات المسلحة لا تشكل الإطار الكافي لحماية البيئة، كما أن النصوص التي تتطرق على حماية البيئة قليلة، فقد توفر وسائل غير مباشرة حماية أكثر فعالية من خلال تنظيم وسائل وأساليب القتال وحماية المدنيين. The provisions of international humanitarian law for the protection of the environment during armed conflicts consist of international treaties and customary international law, and since the damages caused by wars are large and long-term, the provisions related to the protection of the environment during armed conflicts do not constitute a sufficient framework for protecting the environment, and the texts that deal with the protection of the environment are few, Indirect means may provide more effective protection by organizing means and methods of fighting and protecting civilians.
