الملخص
ملخص: تكتسي المخطوطات أهمية بالغة باعتبارها وثيقة علمية يمكن الاعتماد عليها من طرف الباحثين والدارسين لكشف اللثام على الكثير من الحقائق التاريخية لتستكمل الحلقات المفقودة في ثنايا التاريخ مما يبعد تلك الحقائق عن التفسيرات والتأويلات البعيدة عن الواقع ونظرا إلى طبيعة مادة صنعها باعتمارها ضمن المواد العضوية الأكثر عرضة لتلف وبتالي وجب المحافظة عليها من خلال أعمال الصيانة والترميم بإتباع مجموعة من الخطوات اللازمة منها ماهو إداري يهدف إلى توثيق الوثائق التي تنقل إلى قسم الترميم أو غيرها من الأقسام التي يمكن أن تتواجد بها ومنها ماهو فني مهني يبدأ بعملية تشخيص الإصابات وحالة المادة المراد العلاج بها انتهاء بعرضها في المتاحف أو دور الأرشيف . وعلى الرغم من أن هذه الإجراءات أساسية في اغلب المؤسسات المعنية بعملية الصيانة والترميم لهذا النوع من مصادر المعرفة إلا أنها تختلف من جهة إلى أخري طبقا للسياسات والأنشطة الإدارية المعمول بها في مختلف المؤسسات . Abstract Manuscripts are of great importance as a scientific document that can be relied upon by researchers and scholars to reveal many historical facts to complete the missing episodes in the folds of history, which keeps those facts away from interpretations and interpretations far from reality and due to the nature of the material that made them as being among the organic materials most susceptible to damage and consequently It must be preserved through maintenance and restoration work by following a set of necessary steps, including what is administrative, which aims to document documents that are transferred to the restoration department or other departments in which it can be located, and what is a professional technician who begins with the process of diagnosing injuries and the condition of the material to be treated with. Displayed in museums or archives. Although these procedures are essential in most institutions involved in the process of maintenance and restoration of this type of knowledge source, they differ from one side to another according to the policies and administrative activities in force in various institutions.
