قياس محددات الناتج الزراعي في الدول العربية باستخدام نموذج Panel-ardl

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث الى قياس محددات الناتج الزراعي لعينة من الدول العربية الممثلة في 16 دولة، خلال الفترة الواقعة ما بين (2004-2019). وتمثلت هذه العوامل في الناتج المحلي الاجمالي الحقيقي، العمالة الزراعية، الصادرات الزراعية، المساحة المزروعة وعدد السكان الريفيين. ولتحقيق ذلك تم استخدام منهج PANEL-ARDL بالاعتماد على طرق DFE،PMG وMG في التقدير، وذلك بهدف تقدير مرونات الاجلين القصير و الطويل لحجم الناتج الزراعي بالنسبة للمتغيرات المفسرة الماخوذة في الاعتبار. وقد توصل البحث على أن أفضل نموذج لمعالجة بيانات البحث هو النموذج PMG وذلك وفقاً لإختبار Hausman، وأن المتغيرات المدرجة في النموذج كان لها في الأجل الطويل سلوك يتوافق مع الإشارة المتوقعة ماعدا متغير العمالة الزراعية. بينما نتائج معادلات الاجل القصير الخاصة بكل دولة أظهرت ان كل النماذج مقبولة احصائيا ما عدا نماذج الاردن، الامارات، السودان لعدم معنوية حد تصحيح الخطأ. This research aims to measure the determinants of agricultural output for a sample of Arab countries represented in 16 countries, during the period between (2004-2019). These factors were the real gross domestic product, agricultural employment, agricultural exports, cultivated area and the number of rural population. To achieve this, the PANEL-ARDL approach was used, relying on the DFE, PMG and MG methods of estimation. In order to estimate the short and long term elasticities of the volume of agricultural output with respect to the explanatory variables taken into account. The research concluded that the best model for processing research data is the PMG model, according to the Hausman test, and that the variables included in the model had a long-term behavior consistent with the expected signal, except for the agricultural labor variable. While the results of the short-term equations for each country showed that all models are statistically acceptable except for the models of Jordan, the Emirates, and Sudan, because the error correction limit is not significant.
