الملخص
تعد مشكلة السلوك العدواني في الوسط المدرسي من أخطر المشكلات التي تؤرق العاملين في هذا المجال،وهذا لتأثيرها الكبير على سير العملية التعليمية.هذا وقد حازت على اهتمام الكثير من الباحثين في ميدان العلوم الاجتماعية وميدان علم النفس خاصة لأنها في تفاقم مستمر، خاصة بين فئة المراهقين المتمدرسين، بحكم أن سلوك المراهق غالبا ما يكون متهورا وعنيفا نتيجة ما يعانيه من ضغوطات شديدة وتغيرات فيزيولوجية ونفسية تجعله يعيش في جو من الصراع وسوء التوافق النفسي طيلة فترة المراهقة. هذا إضافة إلى الجو الدراسي بما عليه من واجبات ومشاكل دراسية، ومع استمرار المراهق في التعرض للمواقف والخبرات المحبطة التي ينجر عنها مشكلات قد يدركها المراهق على أنها تهدد كيانه وتشوه مفهومه للواقع وصورته عن ذاته وعالمه المستقبلي، وبالتالي قد تحدث أخطاء في الفهم والتفسير مما يشوه صورة الواقع لديه. Aggressive behavior in the school environment is one of the most serious problems that trouble workers in this field, and this is due to its great impact on the educational process. It has attracted the attention of many researchers in the field of social sciences and psychology, especially because it is constantly exacerbating, especially among the educated adolescents, by virtue of the fact that the behavior of adolescents is often reckless and violent as a result of the severe pressures and physiological and psychological changes that make them live in an atmosphere of conflict And poor psychological adjustment throughout adolescence.in addition to the academic atmosphere with its duties and study problems, and with the teenager continuing to be exposed to frustrating situations and experiences that result in problems that the teenager may realize as threatening his entity and distorting his concept of reality and his image of himself and his future world, and thus errors may occur in understanding and interpretation, which distorts the image reality has.
