مساهمة الجامعة في مواجهة ظاهرة الجريمة: نظرة تقييم لبعض التخصصات المعتمدة.

الملخص
تحاول هذه الورقة تبيان الدور الذي تلعبه الجامعة كمؤسسة بحث في تقديم مساهمة وعطاء للمجتمع في سبيل الحد من ظاهرة الجريمة، وذلك بفتح تخصصات تعنى بالظاهرة، يكون فيها فهم وتفسير والتحكم في الجريمة بطريقة علمية، من خلال تكوين اكاديمي قادر على تقديم متخصصين يكون لهم دور اساسي وبالغ الاهمية في المجتمع، وهو الدور الحساس الذي تؤديه الجامعة كمؤسسة الى جنب المؤسسة الامنية والقضائية وحتى العقابية، ومنه سنحاول قراءة في بعض التخصصات المفتوحة وكشف اهم متطلباتها ومواطن الضعف فيها كي تستجيب فعلا لمطلب التكوين الجاد لتحقيق مخرجات نوعية في مجال تخصص الجريمة. This present article aims to demonstrate the role played by the university,as a research establishment in contributing and tender the society for reducing the phenomenon of crime.Thus,by opening specializations that deal with this phenomenon, in which there is a scientific understanding ,a well interpretation and a control of crime.This is will be done through an academic training able to submit professionals who have a fundamental role,as it is extremely important in society, and it is the critical role that the university plays as an institution alongside the security, judicial and even punitive institutions.By the way, we will try to read some of the open specialties and reveal their most important requirements and weaknesses in order to really comply with the request of a meaningful training to achieve qualitative outputs in the field of crime specialization
