الملخص

ملخص: شرعت تونس في تطبيق برامج التنمية المستدامة كباقي الدول النامية، حيث سطرت سياسات تهدف الى تحقيق برامج اقتصادية واجتماعية، من خلال مشاريع نموذجية حسب طبيعة المنطقة والفئة المستهدفة، كالصندوق الوطني للتشغيل "21 21" والذي يهدف الى تشجيع الشباب الى دخول الى بيئة الاعمال، و تجسيد مشاريع تنموية، و البنك التونسي للتضامن والذي يستهدف تمويل مشاريع لصالح سكان المناطق الفقيرة، وبرنامج التنمية الريفية المستدامة، وبرنامج التكافل الاجتماعي لغرض تحسين الظروف الاجتماعية ومحاربة الفقر، لكن البيئة الجيوسياسية عرفت تقلبات تمثلت في ثورة 2011 وتداعياتها ما كان له الأثر البارز في تجسيد تلك البرامج، حيث شهدت البلاد تدهور في الأوضاع الاقتصادية، ما انعكس سلباً على تنفيذ تلك برامج ، ومن ثم أصبحت البلاد تتخبط في سياسة هشة، ساهمت في عدم وضوح الرؤية الاقتصادية. Abstract: Tunisia has embarked on the implementation of sustainable development programs like other developing countries, where policies aimed at achieving economic and social programs have been formulated, through model projects according to the nature of the region and the target group, such as the National Fund for Employment '21 21', which aims to encourage young people to enter the business environment, and the embodiment of development projects, and the Tunisian Solidarity Bank, which aims to finance projects for the benefit of the population of poor areas, and the sustainable rural development program, and the social solidarity program for the purpose of improving social conditions and fighting poverty, but the geopolitical environment The fluctuations represented by the 2011 revolution and its repercussions witnessed a prominent impact on the embodiment of these programs, as the country witnessed a deterioration in economic conditions, which reflected negatively on the implementation of these programs, and then the country became floundering in a fragile policy, which contributed to the lack of clarity of the economic vision..
