الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الإجابة على بعض الأسئلة المحورية، في سبل تعزيز النمو الاقتصادي الشامل والمستدام، من خلال الاقتصاد الرقمي. في صيغة حوار اقتصادي مصغر – أسئلة وأجوبة- في شقه المتعلق بدول الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا (المينا) عامة، والجزائر خاصة. حيث تم التطرق إلى أهم جوانب الاقتصاد الرقمي، عالميا وإقليميا. وتأثيراته على مجالات النمو والتنمية المستدامة. كما تم الوصل إلى العديد من النتائج، واقتراح بعض الحلول والاقتراحات للأفراد والمنظمات، من خلالها بوضع الاستراتيجيات، التفاعل، التواصل، التعاون والبحث عن المعلومات. This study aims to answer some of the central questions in how to promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth through the digital economy. In the form of a mini – economic dialogue - questions and answers-in his apartment related to the countries of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) in general, and Algeria in particular. The most important aspects of the digital economy were discussed globally and regionally. Its impact on the areas of growth and sustainable development. Many results were reached, and some solutions and suggestions were proposed to individuals and organizations, through which to develop strategies, interaction, communication, cooperation and search for information.
