الملخص
تحظى جريمة الإساءة الجنسية للأطفال باهتمام كبير نظرا لكونها تقع على فئة الأطفال، هذه الفئة التي تخصها القوانين الوطنية والمواثيق الدولية بحماية خاصة وذلك نظرا لعدة اعتبارات، وقد زاد الاهتمام بموضوع الاساءة الجنسية للأطفال مع انتشار استخدام الانترنت من قبل مختلف فئات المجتمع وكذا انتشار استخدام مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي حيث أصبحت الهواتف الذكية بكل ماتحتويه من تطبيقات في متناول الأطفال من مختلف الأعمار سواء بوجود رقابة من قبل الأهل أو عدمها. إلا أن القواعد القانونية المتعلقة بهذه الجريمة لازالت تفتقد للوضوح والتنظيم في الكثير من الدول، من بينها الجزائر خاصة مع غياب الوعي القانوني لدى مستخدمي الانترنت. The issue of sexual abuse of children is considered one of the most important issues on the legal scene for a long time, and its importance due to the fact that this crime falls on the category of children, to whom national laws and international covenants are give special protection.This is due to several considerations, interest in the issue of sexual abuse of children has increased with the spread of the use of the Internet by various groups of society, as well as the spread of the use of social networking sites, where smart phones with all their applications have become within the reach of children of different ages more commonly than ever before, whether with or without parental control Despite their importance, ,the legal rules related to these crimes still lack a lot of clarity and organization in many countries, including Algeria.
