الملخص
الملخص. تهدف هذه الدراسة والتي جاءت بعنوان مسؤولية بريطانيا الدولية تجاه الشعب الفلسطيني بصفتها دولة انتداب بعد التعريف بمفهوم المسؤولية الدولية بيان مدى تحمل بريطانيا بصفتها دولة انتداب لهذه المسؤولية وانطباقها على الأفعال التي قامت بها بريطانيا بهدف اهدار الحقوق الثابتة للفلسطينيين منتهكة المواثيق والأعراف والالتزامات الدولية بصورة شكلت تهديدا للسلم والأمن الدوليين ومن ثم البحث في مفهوم وخصائص التعويض الدولي وكيفية لجوء الفلسطينيين للقضاء الدولي والبحث عن سوابق دولية لحالات مشابهة على المستوى الدولي لتكريس هذه الحقوق على المستوى الدولي للحد من استمرار تمادي هذه الدولة في أفعالها ومن ثم انارة الطريق لصانع القرار الفلسطيني في ظل تطور قواعد القانون الدولي لانتهاج السبيل الافضل لمقاضاة هذه الدولة بهدف المحافظة على الحقوق القانونية لهذا الشعب وانتهت الدراسة بخاتمة ثبت فيها ان بريطانيا تتحمل المسؤولية الدولية عن تعويض هذا الشعب امام المراجع الدولية المختصة الكلمات المفتاحية: مسؤولية دولية, وعد بلفور، صك انتداب, تعويض دولي. Abstract: This study, entitled Britain's International Responsibility towards the Palestinian People as a Mandatory State, after defining the concept of international responsibility, aims to demonstrate the extent to which Britain, as a Mandatory State, bears this responsibility and its application to the actions undertaken by Britain with the aim of wasting the inalienable rights of the Palestinians, in violation of international covenants, norms, and obligations in a manner that constituted a threat to peace. and international security, and then research the concept and characteristics of international compensation And how the Palestinians resort to the international judiciary and search for international precedents for similar cases at the international level to enshrine these rights at the international level to limit the persistence of this state in its actions and then light the way for the Palestinian decision-maker in light of the development of the rules of international law to adopt the best way to sue this state in order to preserve legal rights of this people The study ended with a conclusion in which it was established that Britain bears the international responsibility for compensating this people before the competent international references .
