الملخص
تعالج هذه الدراسة مسألة مهمة في تاريخ الثورة الجزائرية، وتحديداً مرحلة المفاوضات بين قيادة الثورة والحكومة الفرنسية، وتتمثل هذه المسألة في اتفاقيات إيفيان الثانية 1962 وانعكاساتها على العلاقات بين الحكومة المؤقتة للجمهورية الجزائرية وهيئة الأركان العامة، إذ أنه بالرغم من أن هذه الاتفاقيات توجت بوقف إطلاق النار وتحقيق الاستقلال التام بتاريخ 05 جويلية 1962، إلا أنها لقيت معارضة من قبل أعضاء هيئة الأركان العامة. ومن هنا جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية في سياق الإشادة بأهمية اتفاقيات إيفيان الثانية ودورها في تحقيق الاستقلال، وهي في الواقع نتاج جهود جبهة وجيش التحرير الوطنيين اللذين أجبرا الحكومة الفرنسية على الاعتراف بهما والجلوس معهما على طاولة المفاوضات وجها لوجه، كما جاءت هذه الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على موقف هيئة الأركان العامة من هذه الاتفاقيات وما أفرزته من تأثيرات على العلاقات بين الحكومة المؤقتة للجمهورية الجزائرية وهيئة الأركان العامة This study deals with an important event in the history of the Algerian Revolution, specifically the stage of negotiations between the leadership of the revolution and the French government, which is the event of the Second Evian Agreements 1962 and its reflection on the relations between the interim government of the Algerian Republic and the General Military Headquarters, Although the results of the agreements were a ceasefire and the achievement of complete independence on July 5, 1962, they were rejected by members of the General Military Headquarters. Accordingly, our study tried to identify the importance of the Second Evian Agreements and their role in achieving independence, thanks to the efforts of the National Liberation Front and Army, which forced France to recognize the Front and sit with them face to face around the negotiation table, and to identify the position of the General Military Headquartersregarding these agreements and their impact on the relationship between the interim government of the Algerian Republic and the General Military Headquarters.
