الأرشيف الويب ودوره في البحث التاريخي Web Archive And Its Role In Historical Research

الملخص

الملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة أرشيف الويب أو أرشيف الأنترنت، ودوره في البحث العلمي والإنساني والتاريخي على الوجه الخصوص، إذ يعد أرشيف الويب، وما يحمله من رصيد رقمني متنوع من المعلومات وتراث الوثائقي يخدم الباحثين والمؤرخين خاصة، والبحث عامة عبر مواقع أرشيفات الويب الوطنية والدولية، وبالتالي بلغت هذه الأخيرة حيوية على مستوى البحث الرقمي لما تحمله من معلومات هائلة بمختلف أوعيتها. وأكدت الدراسات أن أرشيف الويب له مزايا عديدة في نشر وتبليغ المعلومات الرقمية، وكذا إبراز دور الوثائق التاريخية عن طريق الوصول الحر إلى إنتاج فكري صحيح، بواسطة ضبط مجموعة من المعايير عبر مواقع الأرشيف والترويج لها والاستفادة منها بطريقة مقننة سليمة، فالتاريخ يوفر المزيد من المعلومات والدراسات تتواصل عبر الزمن من الماضي إلى الحاضر. ABSTRACT : This study aims at identifying the web archive or internet archive and its role in scientific, humanistic, and historical research, particularly as the web archive, with its diverse digital assets of information and documentary heritage, serves researchers and historians. The availability of national and international web archive sites has contributed significantly to the vitality of digital research due to the vast amount of information they contain across various domains. Studies have affirmed that the web archive possesses numerous advantages in disseminating and conveying digital information. Moreover, it highlights the role of historical documents by facilitating unrestricted access to accurate intellectual outputs. This is achieved by establishing standards across archive platforms and promoting their use in a legitimate and well-regulated manner. As a discipline, history continually provides much information, ensuring the continuity of research and scholarly inquiries from the past to the present.
