تداعيات الأزمة الروسية الأوكرانية على اقتصاد الاتحاد الأوربي بين حتمية الانتقال الطاقوي وضرورة الطاقة الناضبة

الملخص
تهدف هاته الدراسة إلى إبراز تداعيات الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية على اقتصاد الاتحاد الأوربي بدابة من فيفري 2022 ، وكذا تأثيرات هذا الصراع على سلاسل الصادرات والواردات داخل منطقة اليورو، كما تبين مدى تأثير المواد المصدرة الحيوية وإمدادات الطاقة على اقتصاد الاتحاد الأوربي ، ومدى ارتهان و تبعية هذا الأخير للمورد الروسي، كما تيرز أيضا واقع و استشراف مستقبل الطاقة لدول التكتل الأوربي في إطار معضلة الأمن الطاقوي، وهذا من أجل التخلص من الضغوط الطاقوية الروسية. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية أثرت على اقتصاد الدول الأوروبية من جميع النواحي، كما أن هناك علاقة بين الحرب الروسية الأوكراني وبين الطاقة كأداة هامة في إدارة الصراع الدولي على الهيمنة العالمية، وكما أوصت الدراسة على ضرورة التوجه نحو الطاقات المتجددة كهدف رئيسي من أجل التخلي عن التبعية الروسية في مجال الطاقة، وكذا إيجاد سياسة طاقوية موحدة ومشتركة ،و تجنب خلق الصراعات والتوترات من طرف بعض الأطراف في الاتحاد الأوروبي في المناطق الطاقوية (شمال إفريقيا، والشرق الأوسط) لأهميتها الإستراتيجية والطاقوية، والمحافظة على استقرارها لأنها بديل للطاقة الروسية وسوق واعدة في خضم الأزمة الحالية . This study aims to highlight the repercussions of the Russian-Ukrainian war on the economy of the European Union starting from February 2022, as well as the effects of this conflict on the export and import chains within the eurozone, as well as showing the extent of the impact of vital exported materials and energy supplies on the economy of the European Union, and the extent of the dependency and dependency of the latter For the Russian resource, as well as the reality and prospects for the future of energy for the countries of the European bloc within the framework of the dilemma of energy security, and this in order to get rid of the Russian energy pressures. The study concluded that the Russian-Ukrainian war affected the economy of European countries in all respects, and that there is a relationship between the Russian-Ukrainian war and energy as an important tool in managing the international struggle for global domination. the study also recommended the need to move towards renewable energies as a main goal for Abandoning Russian dependence in the field of energy, as well as finding a unified and common energy policy, and avoiding the creation of conflicts and tensions by some parties in the European Union in the energy regions (North Africa and East Asian countries) due to their strategic and energy importance, and maintaining their stability because it is an alternative to Russian energy and a promising market. In the midst of the current crisis.
