اليقظة الاستراتيجية ودورها في نمو المشاريع الريادية Strategic Vigilance And Its Role In The Growth Of Entrepreneurial Projects

الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى قياس واختبار دور اليقظة الاستراتيجية في تعزيز نمو المشاريع الريادية، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي في تحديد الإطار النظري لليقظة الإستراتيجية والمشاريع الريادية، والمنهج التحليلي في تفسير الدور الذي تلعبه اليقظة في تعزيز نمو المشاريع الريادية. لهذا الغرض تم توزيع استبانة على 38 رائد للأعمال في مختلف المجالات بولاية الشلف وعين الدفلى، اعتمدنا على برنامج SPSS28 في رصد البيانات، وبرنامج SmartPls4 في اختبار نموذج الدراسة. أوضحت النتائج أن اليقظة الاستراتيجية أحد المداخل لإحداث النمو والتغيير بالمشاريع الريادية فمن خلال الحصول على كل المعلومات التوقيعية السبقية عما سيحدث في محيطها. خاصة اليقظة التكنولوجية التي كان لها الأثر المباشر والإيجابي على نمو المشاريع الريادية. أين أعتبرت اليقظة التكنولوجية، ضرورة حتمية، تم التركيز عليها من طرف الرواد على غرار اليقظة التنافسية، التجارية والبيئية لدورها الفعال في استغلال المعلومة ونجاعتها في تسيير المشاريع الريادية خاصة في المراحل الأولى لإنطلاق المشروع. This study aims to measure and test the role of strategic vigilance in promoting the growth of entrepreneurial projects. For this purpose, a questionnaire was distributed to 38 entrepreneurs in various fields in the wilaya of Chlef and Ain Defla. We relied on the SPSS28 program to monitor data, and the SmartPls4 program to test the study model. The results showed that strategic vigilance is one of the entrances to bring about growth and change in entrepreneurial projects, by obtaining all the prior signature information about what will happen in its surroundings. Especially the technological awakening, which had a direct and positive impact on the growth of entrepreneurial projects. Where technological vigilance was considered an inevitable necessity, it was focused on by the pioneers along the lines of competitive, commercial and environmental vigilance for its effective role in exploiting information and its efficiency in running entrepreneurial projects, especially in the early stages of project launch.
