الرهانات الاستراتيجية للدول العربية في ظل أزمة أوكرانيا عام 2021

الملخص
في ظل التداعيات الخطيرة لازمة اوكرانيا عام 2021 على مختلف دول العالم ، والاعداد لترتيبات التحول نحو نظام عالمي جديد ، تيرز الدول العربية، سواء دول المشرق العربي، والمغرب العربي، ودول الخليج، لتطرح امكانية التوازن بين مصالحها الاستراتيجية ومصالح القوى الكبرى، حيث تبرز هذه الدراسة كيفية الاستفادة من هذه الأزمة الدولية و أهم أليات ذلك. ومن النتائج المتوصل اليها في هذه الدراسة أن الموارد الأولية من البترول والغاز، أصبحت متغيرات ضغط سياسي لتصفية العديد من القضايا العربية أبرزها: قضية الصحراء الغربية، والقضية الفلسطينية، وأزمة سوريا والعراق، وليبيا وكمحرك لتفاعلات العلاقات الدولية الراهنة . كما تطرح الرهانات الاستراتيجية للدول العربية مسألة تقوية الدبلوماسية العربية على مختلف الأصعدة الاقليمية والدولية وخاصة الدبلوماسية الاقتصادية وقضايا الامن الغذائي واتقان لعبة المصالح في العلاقات الدولية الراهنة . الكلمات المفتاحية: الازمة-اوكرانيا – روسيا –المشرق العربي –المغرب العربي –الخليج العربي-الرهانات الاستراتيجية Abstract: The abstract should be written within 100 words (Times New Roman, Size 12)...... n light of the serious repercussions of the Ukraine crisis in 2021 on various countries of the world, and the preparations for arrangements for the transition towards a new world order, the Arab countries, whether the countries of the Arab East, the Maghreb, and the Gulf countries, raise the possibility of balancing between their strategic interests and the interests of the major powers, as this study highlights How to benefit from this international crisis and the most important mechanisms for that. Among the results reached in this study is that the primary resources of oil and gas have become variables of political pressure to liquidate many Arab issues, most notably: the issue of Western Sahara, the Palestinian issue, the crisis of Syria and Iraq, and Libya and as an engine for the interactions of current international relations. The strategic bets of the Arab countries also raise the issue of strengthening Arab diplomacy at the various regional and international levels, especially economic diplomacy, issues of food security, and mastering the game of interests in the current international relations.
